  • 12 lasagna noodles (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each noodle and roll tightly.
  5. Arrange roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish; pour remaining Alfredo sauce over them.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil; bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly.
