- 12 lasagna noodles (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 cup chopped shrimp
- 1 cup crab meat
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 24 oz Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each noodle and roll tightly.
- Arrange roll-ups seam-side down in the baking dish; pour remaining Alfredo sauce over them.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil; bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly.
