  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat (well-drained)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Fresh parsley
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse shrimp until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a mixing bowl, then gently fold in crab meat and garlic.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, beaten egg, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
