  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Coarse Salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Rub brisket with olive oil and season with spices. Smoke low and slow for 6-8 hours until tender; let rest and shred.
  2. In a bowl, mix cheeses, beer, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into squares. Place shredded brisket and cheese filling in the center of each square.
  4. Fold dough over the filling to create balls; pinch to seal tightly.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pretzel bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt.
