- 1 lb Refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Coarse Salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Rub brisket with olive oil and season with spices. Smoke low and slow for 6-8 hours until tender; let rest and shred.
- In a bowl, mix cheeses, beer, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
