  • 2 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (Kewpie preferred)
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and optional sugar in a bowl to create the creamy sauce; chill until ready to use.
  3. In a medium pot, bring broth to a simmer and add gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and ramen noodles; cook until al dente.
  4. Grill the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized; slice thinly against the grain.
