  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onion

  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced steak; season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes) and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until softened (4-5 minutes).
  4. Reduce heat; stir in whole milk with garlic powder, onion powder, and shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine cooked steak and macaroni with cheese sauce; mix well.
