- 200g ground chicken
- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Chili oil (for topping)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Soften the dumpling wrappers by microwaving or steaming briefly.
- Grease ramekins and layer one wrapper at the bottom, followed by filling. Repeat layering for 3-4 layers, finishing with a wrapper on top.
- Cover ramekins with foil and steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooked, uncover and drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
