  • 2 celery sticks (finely diced)
  • ¼ cup red onion (finely diced)
  • ¾ cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne (optional)
  • Pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by combining mayonnaise, mustard, relish, lemon juice, vinegar, and seasonings in a bowl. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Cut hard-boiled eggs into pieces.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled macaroni with the chilled dressing and remaining ingredients. Stir gently until mixed.
  5. Garnish with green onions and paprika before serving.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
