Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3–4 sun-dried tomatoes (sliced)
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side up and sear for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
