  • 10 oz bag marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup dry strawberry cake mix (or other flavor)
  • 56 cups rice krispie cereal
  • 1/4 cup butter (for icing)
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Gummy candy hearts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Grease a cupcake pan generously.
  2. Melt 4 tbsp butter in a large pot over low heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted and combined with the butter.
  4. Mix in the dry cake mix until well blended.
