- 220g cold dairy-free block butter, cubed

- 1 jar vegan-friendly strawberry jam

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the flour, caster sugar, and dairy-free butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in cling film, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
