  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
